Roller Rocker Arms

Probe Aluminum Rocker Arms are
designed for applications where a
high strength, precision crafted
component is required. They are
CNC machined from 2025-T3511
aluminum at Probe's Torrance,
California plant. We also machine
the trunnion and roller/axle
assemblies to guarantee the quality
of those components. Probe
Aluminum Rockers are warranted
against breakage for life! Some
restrictions apply.

Shaft Rocker Systems

Probe Industries Shaft Rocker
Systems offer exceptional rigidity
and stability when compared to
conventional stud mounted rocker
systems. Shaft systems also ease
access to the valve train, facilitating
valve adjustments and other
maintenance functions. Probe
Industries Shaft Rocker Systems are
CNC machined of 2024-T3511
aluminum and feature dual needle
roller bearings. The shafts are
manufactured of aircraft certified
steel. Also the stands on all Probe
Rockers are made of steel for
increased stability. Probe Industries
Shaft Rocker Systems use a pair of
1,100 foot pound capacity
Torrington captured needle
bearings.

Aluminum Rocker Arms

PRW aluminum rockers are used around
the world by professional racers, engine
builders and hot rod enthusiasts, offering
outstanding power and performance
advantages for street, strip, and track
applications. Made from high strength
6061-T6 aluminum extrusions, each piece is
precision CNC machined and finished by
hand to ensure that our customers receive
the very best PRW has to offer. PRW stud
mount aluminum rockers are specially
machined to allow for larger springs and
retainers with full-cage friction reducing
needle bearings for added durability. The
nose rollers and shafts are Cr40 steel,
heat-treated and hardened to minimize the
wear that naturally occurs between the
roller tip and the valve stem.

Stud Mount Stainless Steel
Rocker Arms

PRW Stainless Steel Rockers incorporate
an exceptional lightweight design that
provides plenty of clearance for large
diameter springs. These are
manufactured from premium quality 15-5
PH stainless steel, a superior alloy that is
high in Nickel and Chromium. This rigid
premium material provides high yield
strength to help resist deflection and has
extraordinary fatigue resistance. The
stud mount models feature full-cage
friction reducing needle bearings. The
nose rollers and shafts are Cr40 steel,
heat-treated and hardened to resist the
severity of racing and to minimize
"scrubbing". Each rocker body is hand
-polished, assembled and carefully
inspected to provide our customers with
some of the finest quality rocker arms
available to the racing and performance
industry.
