These kits include the following components: • EFI Style Intake Manifold - Satin or polished • Complete Fuel Rail Kit w/-6AN crossover hose • Adjustable EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator • 4-bbl Throttle Body (Cast or billet) • (8) Port Style Injectors • Stage 2 Engine Management System (EMS) • Complete Wiring Harness • MAP, water temp, & fuel pressure sensors • 220 l/h EFI electric inline fuel pump • EFI Style inline fuel filter • Oxygen Sensor with mounting clamp • Idle Air Control This system also utilizes a “self learning” EMS. Install the system, start it up, drive it around and it automatically dials itself to your style of driving. The EMS is programmable for those who prefer to do their own mapping. This system does not require a fuel return line if used on engines below 550 horsepower. You will experience greatly enhanced driveability, improved fuel economy, and substantial increases in torque depending upon your particular engine combination. We have actually seen as much as 40 more pound feet of mid-range torque on the dyno in direct comparison tests. |

assistance and developed a system
incorporating all the factors missing in "Bolt
On" systems currently available on the market.
We have listened to the consumers and
engineers. We build what we drive and drive
what we build.
The new Powerjection III has taken a quantum
leap in technology for aftermarket fuel
injection systems. It is by far the least expensive
and easiest to install of any full featured
system. It is also one of the most technically
advanced of any aftermarket EFI system. The
Powerjection III features the Engine
Management System (EMS) mounted directly
onto the throttle body thereby eliminating 80%
of the necessary wiring harness. The throttle
body assembly includes the EMS, throttle
position sensor, MAP sensor, idle air control,
and four 62lb. /hr. port style injectors. The
linkage on the side of the unit is identical to a
Holley 4-barrel and the throttle body has
overall dimensions that are the same as a 4150
style Holley.
Despite the compact size of the EMS, it is still
laptop programmable but for most vehicles the
standard program is suitable. The EMS is self-
learning which you can start the car up after
installation, drive it around for 20 or 30
minutes and it dials itself in to the perfect tune.
It continues to tune as it adapts to your driving
style and conditions.
The basic unit (RT501-0750 or RT502-0750) can
be used with no additional parts required on
any vehicle already equipped with a fuel
return line and EFI suitable fuel pump. For
other vehicles, (RT503-0750 or RT504-0750)
come with an EFI fuel pump, Fuel Pressure
Regulator, and EFI post pump filter .
