Warranty Policy

Head Up Performance warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material
and workmanship. All HUP Products are subject to the conditions established in this
policy. HUP Products warrants that when our products are properly installed in their
correct application, they will be free from defect and will function as specified. Due to
the nature of modifications made on performance engines that may affect performance,
economy and engine life, HUP Products’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the
repair or replacement, only of HUP Products, when the consumer returns these HUP
products to: 10881 Santa Fe Ave #12 Hesperia Ca, 92345. HUP retains sole discretion in
determining defective merchandise and assumes no responsibility for diagnosis,
removal, and/or installation labor, inconvenience or any other damages or expenses
including towing. There is absolutely no warranty, implied or otherwise, on PBM used in
competition (racing) engine applications. This limited warranty begins on the date of
purchase and is good for a period of one (1) year from validated date of purchase
unless otherwise specified to the original purchaser. This warranty will be void on all
products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of
proper maintenance, negligence, racing engine use, or alteration from their original
design. HUP reserves the right to make necessary changes in the products it
manufactures and markets at any time to improve product performance. These changes
in products will be made without obligation to change or improve products that were
previously manufactured. This warranty limits any implied warranty to one (1) year, and
no person, company or organization is authorized to assume for HUP any other liability
in connection with the sale of HUP. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be authorized by HUP. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Merchandise must be in re-sellable condition to receive credit.

Warning

Some parts in this catalog have been designed and are intended for OFF-HIGHWAY
application only. Installation on a vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate
U.S., Canadian, state or provincial laws and regulations including those relating to
emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards.
